Apple iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini smartphone reviews

To say that the new iPhones have been awaited would be both true and untrue at the same time.
They have been waited for, like the arrival of, say, autumn, which comes every year, "on schedule",
and brings with it the usual set of "features". Of course, on the day of the launch of the iPhone,
queues were again forming, tech bloggers were sniffing out bugs, and analysts were making
predictions. But nothing outside of the now traditional scenario took place. That makes it all the
more interesting to understand how Apple's smartphones have improved and what progress has
been made over the year. In this article, we'll talk about the iPhone 13 and 13 mini, and later we'll
take a closer look at the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max.

We've outlined and analyzed the general information and all the details announced by Apple in our
September presentation report, so we won't repeat ourselves and move on to the testing. Let's start
with the specifications of the new products. Most of the specifications of the iPhone 13 and iPhone
13 mini are the same, so we are giving them in a single list.

And here's the traditional comparison of the key features of the new products with their immediate

We stress that these are far from all the specifications, and yet, they are quite revealing to
understand the overall picture. We can immediately see the key innovations: a larger battery (both
the iPhone 13 compared to the iPhone 12, and the iPhone 13 mini compared to the iPhone 12 mini),
higher capacity storage options, but also a slight increase in thickness (by 0.3 mm) and weight.

Packaging and bundling
We won't be surprised by a slimmer box any more – Apple removed the charger that made the box
bulkier last year. However, there is still a small innovation: now the manufacturer has also
abandoned the film – apparently, for environmental reasons.

The proof that the packaging has not been tampered with is a paper strip, which must be torn off.
This system is common to all new iPhones.

Inside everything is the same. There is a Lightning/USB-C cable, an Apple logo sticker and a key for
removing the SIM card.
